Stall Board

( $850 per month )

Stall board includes:

  • Feeding AM & PM

  • Mucking

  • Turnout 7 days a week - weather permitting

  • Fed Seniority Plus by Tribute (Specific feed at additional cost)

  • Medications given through feed

  • Hay daily & Hay in the field during winter month

  • Cut and wound care (minor only - all others' owners will be contacted before vet)

  • Scheduling of equine professionals if using PCF-appointed professionals (professional to bill owner, holding fee applied of needed)

  • Tack Locker in heated tackroom & space for additional tackbox in hayloft

  • Lessons are mandatory

Full Stall Board

( $1200 per month )

Full Stall board includes everything in "Stall board PLUS:

  • Blanket Changes AM & PM (seasonal)

  • Fly Spray Every Other Day (seasonal)

  • Scheduling of Equine Professional and holding of horse if using PCF appointed professionals - professional to bill owner

  • 1 Group Lesson Weekly Included- Lessons NOT mandatory (but no deduction in fees)

Miscellaneous

  • $100 if owner not present weekly for routine care

  • Rehab 24 hour stall rest - $20 per day - additional bedding, hay, water, and stall cleanings 

  • Grooming - $20

  • Bath - $20

  • Mane Pulling and Bridle Path - $40

  • Bandaging - Single - $5 - owner must provide bandages and ointments

  • Blanket Changes - Full month unlimited - $50

  • Holding of horse for outside professionals - $20 per hour

  • Use of Tack Locker/Saddle Rack - $95 per month (for non owners/leasers)

WE NO LONGER PROVIDE USE OF PCF-OWNED MEDICATIONS AND/OR ADMINISTER INJECTABLE MEDICATIONS

  • Daily Stall Rental:

  • Single Day w/ stall - $35

  • Single Day Field - $25

  • Rehab Stall - $60 ​
