2. Services Provided

2.1. Services

Red Horse Training LLC offers horseback riding lessons, training, and related activities. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2.2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.3. Booking and Payment

All bookings for horse riding lessons and training sessions must be made through our Site. Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. 3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Single Sessions

Cancellations for single sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit any fees paid.

3.2. Ongoing Academy Programs

Cancellation of ongoing academy programs requires a 30-day notice. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid for that period.

3.3. Bad Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.

4. User Conduct

4.1. Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or Services, or servers or networks connected to the Site or Services.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services, or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site or Services.

4.2. User Content

If you submit any content to our Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, or photos ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
